He said that he trusted her, because I was always so jealous.
I felt a mixture of anger, betrayal, and disbelief. How could he be so naive? How could I have been so blind? He was now sitting in a jail cell, facing serious charges. I don’t know what the future holds, but one thing is certain: my life will never be the same. I’ve decided to consult with an attorney as well.
